1. Nature of AI Outputs

VoxConvert uses probabilistic artificial-intelligence systems to create speech, translations, music, text, and related audio outputs. Results may vary, contain errors, resemble other outputs, or change when providers update their models.

2. No Professional or Accuracy Guarantee

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, originality, availability, pronunciation, translation quality, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on outputs for legal, medical, financial, emergency, safety-critical, or other professional decisions. You must review and verify every output before use.

3. Rights and Ownership

Subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law, you retain rights in your inputs and may use outputs generated for you. Copyright or other protection may not exist for AI-generated material. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs, and outputs may implicate third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

4. Synthetic Voice and Media Disclosure

AI-generated speech and cloned voices are synthetic. You are responsible for clear and conspicuous disclosure wherever law requires it or listeners could reasonably be misled, including advertising, endorsements, political communications, robocalls, customer service, and public media.

5. Voice Cloning Consent

You may clone only your own voice or a voice for which you have documented, informed permission and all required rights. Additional requirements appear in our Voice Cloning Consent & Use Policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use VoxConvert to create non-consensual deepfakes; impersonate private individuals, public figures, officials, candidates, or organizations deceptively; create undisclosed political deepfakes or prohibited robocalls; fabricate evidence; commit fraud or identity theft; bypass voice authentication; create unauthorized endorsements; harass, threaten, exploit, or defame; or violate election, biometric, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or other laws.

7. Third-Party Model Processing

Inputs submitted to an AI feature may be sent to third-party providers such as Google/Gemini, Suno, or other enabled providers to produce the requested result. Their systems, retention practices, safeguards, and output restrictions may apply. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party personal information unless you have authority and the feature is appropriate for that data.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove outputs or voice clones, request proof of consent, suspend access, preserve records when legally required, and report activity where we reasonably suspect abuse, imminent harm, or unlawful conduct.

9. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploaded content, disclosures, review, distribution, and downstream use of outputs. VoxConvert is not liable for claims or losses caused by reliance on or misuse of AI outputs, subject to limitations that cannot be excluded by law and the liability terms in our Terms of Service.
