DMCA & IP Rights Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property
VoxConvert respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any audio files, text scripts, or other materials they upload to VoxConvert. By uploading content, you warrant that you are not infringing on any third-party copyrights.
3. VoxConvert Music Library
The assets provided within the VoxConvert Music Library are licensed for use strictly within the VoxConvert platform to mix with your audio projects. You may not scrape, mass-download, resell, or distribute these raw library assets as standalone files.
4. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our copyright agent by contacting Support with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
5. Counter-Notifications
If content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may provide a valid counter-notification to the original claimant and restore material as permitted by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, VoxConvert may terminate users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. User Responsibility and Indemnification
You remain responsible for uploaded and generated content. Claims arising from infringement or missing permissions are subject to the indemnification provisions in our Terms of Service.
