4. Legal Bases
Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, and act on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent prospectively, but prior lawful processing remains valid.
5. AI and Service Providers
Content you submit to an AI-enabled feature is transmitted to the provider needed to perform that request. Our subprocessors may include Base44 for application hosting, authentication, database, files, and platform integrations; Stripe for payments; Google and Gemini for speech, AI, and related processing; Suno for music generation; and OpenAI or other AI providers when an applicable feature is enabled. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, signup or referral intent, performance, and limited analytics. Stripe and platform providers may use their own technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and browser choices.
7. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers acting for us; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale; and others at your direction. Public projects, reviews, or other content are disclosed only when you submit or designate them for public display. We do not sell personal information for money.
8. Business Outreach
Administrators may use publicly available business data to identify organizations or professionals who may benefit from VoxConvert. Outreach data is restricted to authorized administrators, used for relevant communications, not sold, and deleted or suppressed upon a valid request where required.
9. Data Retention
We retain account and project data while needed to provide the Service. Deleted account information and stored content are targeted for removal from active systems within 30 days, subject to backup cycles and records retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal compliance, or enforcing agreements. Support, consent, and transaction records may be retained for the applicable limitation and recordkeeping periods.
10. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection and may appeal certain decisions. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also use an authorized agent where law permits. Submit requests through Support.
12. California Notice — Do Not Sell or Share
VoxConvert does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by California law. California residents may still submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request through Support, and we will process it as required by applicable law.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users between 13 and the age of majority must have appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact Support so we can investigate and delete it where required.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revision date appears above. Questions and privacy requests may be submitted through our Support page.
